Eligibility

Free from any odors, stains, or damage
In its original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a return.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Orders where the 14-day return window has passed
How To Start a Return
Email our support team with your order number and reason for return
We will respond within 24-48 business days with return instructions
Ship the item back to the address provided
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
